From individual educators to large-scale enterprises, we offer a variety of subscriptions designed to scale with your needs. This guide breaks down our pricing structure, feature sets, and how to choose the plan that best fits your goals.
We offer rates for education and for business. Wooclap is free for K-12 teachers in France and Belgium.
You can present your events to up to 1000 participants, no matter the plan you choose. You will always have access to all of our question types and to our different presentation integrations: PowerPoint, Zoom, and Google Slides. You will also have access to your session's results, but you will not be able to download them with a Starter plan.

☝️ Did you create your free account before the 2nd April 2026? In this case, you can present as many questions as you want. However, you can only create up to 2 questions per event.
Active questions
Our Starter plan is free to use and lets you present up to 5 active questions.
💡 A question becomes active when it receives 3 or more responses from unique participants in a single event. If a question gets only 1 or 2 responses, it does not count as active.
You can prepare and test your events freely. Only real participation triggers the counter.
Further, you can create as many questions as you wish. If you wish to present more than 5 active questions in 30 days, you will be prompted to subscribe to a paid plan.
If you wish to present more active questions than your limit allows and try to launch your event, Wooclap will display a message. You can then choose to upgrade your plan or test your event with fewer than 3 participants.
Once you are over the 5-question limit, your counter turns red, and an upgrade banner appears at the top of your dashboard.

Your active questions quota resets after 30 days. Your 30-day usage period starts when your first question becomes active. From that moment:
Wooclap starts counting your active questions.
On day 30, your counter resets to 0.
A new 30-day period begins the next time a question becomes active.

When to choose the Starter plan
Our Starter plan is perfect for occasional meetings, classes, or Icebreakers. It also lets you try out all the live interactivity Wooclap has to offer before fully committing to a paid plan.

Our Basic subscriptions add more interactivity and control to your Wooclap sessions. In addition to all you can do with a Starter plan, you will be able to:

You will not have any limit concerning the number of questions you will be able to create or present. You will be able to present as many active questions as you wish to an audience of up to 1000 participants.
When to choose the Basic plan
Our Basic plan lets you run complete sessions and track results. It is ideal if you plan on using it during full workshops, training sessions, or lessons. It lets you set up reviews or homework before or after a Wooclap session.

Our Pro plans let you have the full Wooclap experience (apart from integrations with your LMS and SSO connection). In addition to all features included in a Basic subscription, you will be able to:

Customize your events in Wooclap and add your logo, thanks to the theme editor
Access the moderator interface
You will not have any limit concerning the number of questions you will be able to create or present. You will be able to present as many active questions as you wish to an audience of up to 1000 participants.
When to choose the Pro plan
Choose the Pro plan when you wish to use our powerful AI tools to turn course or training materials into interactive Wooclap events. Our Pro plan is also useful if you wish to share your resources across a team. Further, you can fully customize how your events look.

What is included
Our Corporate and Campus plans let you have the full Wooclap experience. In addition to all features included in a Pro subscription, you will be able to:
Integrate Wooclap into your Learning Management System (LMS)
Use Single-Sign-On (SSO)
Access an admin dashboard to follow the usage of Wooclap within your institution
Enjoy dedicated support and onboarding
You will not have any limit concerning the number of questions you will be able to create or present. You will be able to present as many active questions as you wish to an audience of up to 1000 participants.
When to choose a Corporate or Campus plan
An institutional subscription lets you fully enjoy Wooclap throughout your organization.
☝️ Institutional subscriptions are available if you need 6 or more Wooclap licences. One licence corresponds to one person who will create content on Wooclap. Participants do not need a licence.
