You can autonomously manage your Wooclap subscription, from purchasing a subscription, to changing your payment method or cancelling the renewal of your subscription.
If you choose a Pro subscription, you will also be able to create a team and invite colleagues to your team.
Wooclap subscription rates
The free Wooclap plan allows you to create 2 questions per event and use them with up to 1000 participants. Create as many events as you'd like!
You want to create more than 2 questions per event? Then check out our rates for education and business. Annual subscriptions allow up to 1000 participants per event in addition to many more advantages.
Rates for education
Lots of schools and universities use Wooclap to improve the quality of their classes. Wooclap is free for K-12 teachers in France, Belgium and Quebec to use. We also offer special rates for higher education, which you will find here.

Rates for businesses
Many businesses regularly turn to Wooclap to measure the impact of their training sessions, liven up their workshops, and gather feedback from their audience during conferences. You'll find our prices for such use here.
Subscribe to Wooclap
On our Pricing page, first choose whether you work in the Education or Business field (1). Then, choose the subscription you would like to purchase (2). You can find all the details about our subscriptions in the Pricing page.
You will be asked to create a Wooclap account or login to your Wooclap account. You will then see a summary of all the features you will get with the chosen subscription.
You can then add your name and VAT number. The VAT number is optional and you can proceed to checkout without VAT if you wish.
If you chose a Pro Plan, you can adapt the number of users you wish to add to your team. A user is someone who will create and present content in Wooclap. Participants are not considered as users.
Once you proceed to checkout, you will see a summary of your purchase. You will see the total price you will pay per year. You can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any moment up to 48h before the renewal.
You can choose to pay with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or a SEPA direct debit (only in Europe).
Subscriptions are billed annually from the date you start your subscription.
BIlling Information
The Billing Information screen will let you upgrade your subscription, change your payment information, access your invoices or cancel your subscription.
You can directly access your Billing Information from your profile (1), under Billing Information (2).
Upgrade a subscription
Once you have reached your Billing Information page, click on Change my subscription to upgrade your subscription.
Know that when you upgrade, you will automatically receive a prorate discount on
your new subscription depending on your current subscription.
Change your payment information
First, go into your Billing Information page. Then, scroll down until you see Payment Method.
Here, you can add a payment method by clicking on Add payment method. You will then be redirected to a page where you can add your payment details. You can choose whether the added payment method will be considered as the default payment method for your next payments.
Once you have 2 or more payment methods set up, you can delete a payment method and change the default method. For this, click on on the 3 dots next to the payment method (1) and choose the option you would like (2).
Note that you cannot delete your default payment method. If you wish to delete this, add a new default payment method.
Access your invoices
To access your invoices and download them, first go into your Billing Information page. Scroll down until you see Invoice History. You will see your latest invoices and their information (date, amount, status of the payment and name of the subscription).
Once you click on this information, you will be redirected to a page where you will be able to download your invoice or receipt.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your Wooclap subscription at any time prior to your next billing period up to 48 hours before the renewal date. Please note that the renewal date is the anniversary date on which you first subscribed to Wooclap. Subscriptions are automatically billed on an annual basis.
In order to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, go to your Billing Information page and click on Cancel subscription.
If you do not cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date, your subscription will be renewed and we will charge your account using the payment method on file for you.
The outstanding months on a licence are not refunded. As mentioned above, Cancel anytime means cancelling the automatic renewal of your licence.
