Customizing Wooclap events with the theme editor
About the theme editor
Have you always wanted to make your presentations more corporate by fitting them to your organization's colors ? Wooclap's theme editor is made for you. It allows you to change your Wooclap events with a wide range of options so that they fit perfectly into your organization's graphical charter.
This feature is available for the PRO and Site/Enterprise License plans.
Create your custom theme in 4 steps
Step 1: Open the theme editor
On your Wooclap event dashboard, on the right, click on ⚙️ Settings > ⚙️ More settings, then click on the Create your custom theme button.
Step 2: Create your color theme
You can click on New Theme at the top right of your screen and name your theme.
You can then choose the Primary and Secondary colors for your theme.
These colors will be displayed according to their importance within your event. The Primary color is therefore the major and main color of your theme.
Step 3: Add your logo and/or a background image
You can add a logo and change its size by clicking on Add image below Logo.
Add an image to be used as a background for your questions by clicking on Add image below Background image. You can then increase or decrease the opacity.
You can test how your theme will look on different Wooclap questions by clicking on the arrows at the bottom of the page.
Once your theme is ready, don't forget to ... save it by clicking on the Save button!
Step 4: Choose the color theme for your event
Back on your Settings page, you can now define your personalized theme in the Color Theme list.
These changes only apply to your Wooclap presentations. This feature does not apply to Participant pace questionnaires.
However, you can choose a color theme on the “Participants” side from our selection.
There you go, congrats! You now have a theme that will fit your organization perfectly during your Wooclap events!
