  • Are there rates for education?
    Myriad schools and universities use Wooclap to improve the quality of their classes. Wooclap is free for K-12 teachers to use, and we offer special rates for higher education, which you will find here.

  • What is the cost of a business licence?
    Many businesses regularly turn to Wooclap to measure the impact of their training sessions, liven up their workshops, and gather feedback from their audience during conferences. You'll find our prices for such use here.
    If you're planning a large-scale one-time event, we also offer single licences. To allow for preparation and necessary testing in anticipation of these events, your account will be upgraded for an entire month, starting on the date of purchase.

  • Can I try out the platform?
    The free plan allows you to create 2 questions per event and use them with up to 1000 participants. Create as many events as you'd like!

  • Can I change my email address once I have subscribed?
    It is only possible to change the email address of a Wooclap account if you log in using that email and a password. It is thus not possible to change the email address if:

    • you log in with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft Teams, or the SSO or LMS of your organisation;

    • you use different login methods to access the same Wooclap account. If, for example, you log in with an email address and a password and then, you log in again later with your Google or Facebook account that is linked to the same email address. In that case you will not be able to change that email.

    Remember that if you want to be able to change your email address in the future, you have to create your Wooclap account using an email address and a password. It is also best to use only that authentication method every time you log in.

  • How many participants can be connected at the same time?
    The number of participants depends on your subscription. Annual subscriptions allow up to 1000 participants per event, while single event plans differ.

  • How can I upgrade my account ?
    Click on your username and select Upgrade in the drop-down list.

Know that when you upgrade, you will automatically receive a prorate discount on

your new subscription depending on your current subscription.

  • Which payment methods can I use?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  • When will I be charged?
    Yearly subscriptions are billed annually from the date you start your subscription. One-time events are billed once at the time of purchase.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?
    No. You pay annually, and you can cancel or change your plan at any time.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your Wooclap subscription at any time prior to your next billing period more than 48 hours before the renewal date. Please note that the renewal date is the anniversary date on which you first subscribed to Wooclap. Auto-renewal subscriptions are billed on an annual basis.

    In order to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, go to your Account Settings and click on the "Disable auto-renewal" button.

    If you do not cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date, your subscription will be renewed and we will charge your account using the payment method on file for you.

    Please note that "One-time Event" plans are never automatically renewed.

  • If I cancel, will I receive a refund for the outstanding months on my licence?
    No, the outstanding months on a licence are not refunded. As mentioned above, Cancel anytime means cancelling the automatic renewal of your licence.
