How to cancel the auto-renewal of your Wooclap subscription

Subscriptions with auto-renewal activated are billed on an annual basis.

You can cancel your Wooclap subscription and its automatic renewal at any time up to 48 hours before the renewal date.

How to cancel my Wooclap subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you will first need to access your Account Settings page.

From here, you can manage your subscription. To cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, click on Manage Subscription and then Cancel my subscription.

After being asked a few questions to gather your feedback, your subscription will be cancelled.

The outstanding months on a licence are not refunded. As mentioned on the page, Cancel to Free means cancelling the automatic renewal of your licence.

☝️ Please note that you will receive a reminder by email one month before the renewal of your subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date, your subscription will be renewed. Therefore, auto-renewed subscriptions cannot be refunded.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, all your existing events and reports will remain on your Wooclap account. You will have access to a free Starter account, and you will no longer have access to any paid features.

Our Starter plan is free to use and lets you present up to 5 active questions.

You can renew your subscription at any time. You will then regain the features linked to your subscription. Check out our Education and Business subscriptions.
