How to cancel my Wooclap subscription?

You can cancel your Wooclap subscription and its automatic renewal at any time at any time up to 48 hours before the renewal date. Please note that the renewal date is the anniversary of the date you first subscribed to Wooclap. Auto-renewal subscriptions are billed on an annual basis.

To cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, go to your Account Settings and click on Disable auto-renewal.

If you do not cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date, your subscription will be renewed. We will charge your account using the payment method that you used at the first time.

Note that One-off Events plans are never automatically renewed.
