Custom plan
If you are part of a Custom Wooclap plan granted by your organisation (University or Company), you can welcome an unlimited number of participants.
Free, basic or pro plans
If you are not part of a Custom Wooclap plan set up by an organisation and have a Wooclap free, basic or pro account: a maximum of 1,000 participants can join your Wooclap event in real time. Beyond this limit, the real-time display of questions and answers may be delayed.
If you wish to exceed this limit of 1,000 participants, please contact us beforehand via support@wooclap.com with the following information:
an estimation of the expected participants’ number for your event
the exact date and time of your event
