Your post-session analyses summarised in one place
The session summary is a post-session analytics report that automatically brings together your key results as soon as a session ends.
Rather than reviewing your questions one by one, you get a clear picture of participation, performance, and engagement at a glance, and you can share it with your participants in just a few clicks.
☝️ This feature is available for organizations that have subscribed to AI or are currently trialling it.
The summary consists of two parts: a quick recap right at the end of your session, and a detailed report that you can consult at any time from the reports section.
The end-of-session recap
When you reach the end of your event, Wooclap now displays a recap slide that summarises your session at a glance:
Active participants: the number of people who answered at least one question
Total responses: the number of responses collected across all your questions
Messages sent: the number of messages sent by participants during the session
From this slide, you can:
Click Send individual reports to send each participant their personal results. (To use this feature, you must enable authentication for your participants)
Click View session statistics to open the full report in the Session Summary tab.
Full session summary
You can find the full report at any time in the reports section of your event.
Simply go to your event settings, and your post-session analyses will load automatically.
What the post-session summary includes
The session summary organises your results into clear sections.
Participants
Find out who took part in your session:
Participants who joined: the total number of people who joined the session.
Active participants: those who answered at least one question.
Silent participants: those who joined the session but never answered a question.
☝️ If you have enabled the Group answering feature, you will be able to see how many groups were created for this event.
Interactions
A quick overview of overall engagement:
Total responses: all responses collected across your questions.
Messages sent: the number of messages shared by participants during the session.
Accuracy on evaluative questions
For your evaluative questions (closed questions requiring one or more answers), discover participants' overall performance:
The total number of responses across all your evaluative questions.
The number of correct answers and incorrect answers given.
Distribution of evaluative question scores
Discover how scores are distributed among your participants, grouped into brackets (for example, score ≤24%, 25–49%, 50–74%, and ≥75%). This lets you see at a glance whether your group has mastered the topic or found it challenging.
Responses to open-ended questions
For your open-ended questions, discover the total number of responses and which questions generated the most engagement:
The question that sparked the most discussion.
The question that received the fewest responses.
Click View responses on any highlighted question to read what participants wrote.
Recommendations for your next session
The second part of the session summary consists of recommendations generated by Wooclap's AI.
The AI will suggest points to repeat and to adjust, along with a few explanations to help you refine your future sessions.
