Embedding Wooclap events into 360 learning

There are different ways you can use Wooclap inside 360 Learning.

You can add a participation link to your meeting invitations, insert a participant pace questionnaire, or share a PDF report. The participants will be able to answer the questions without opening Wooclap in another tab.

This feature is available for all paid licenses. Users on the Wooclap free license won’t be able to access this feature.

How to embed a participation link in your 360 learning course and share PDF report

Take a look at our tutorial on how to link a Wooclap event during a live learning session and on how to share the report of your session.

1. Create a live session and share your event link

  • Create a live session into 360 Learning and add the Wooclap link as a message. If you don't have the event code/link, when creating the meeting, don't worry, you can update it later.

  • The Wooclap link will appear in the same place as the video conference link or training location within 360 Learning or in the calendar invite.

2. Share your session report

After your live session, keep your participants up to date by sharing the report.

You can learn how to export your reports by reading this article.

Once downloaded, go back to 360 Learning and upload the report inside de Comments section.
