Troubleshooting email verification errors in Wooclap
When you click on the link you received by email to verify your email address, you might see an error message beginning with "Cannot get...".
This message is usually caused by double-clicking the link. Since the link is no longer active the second time you click on it, the error message appears.
You should be able to check if your email address has been verified by checking your account settings. If there's no "Verify account" button available at the bottom of the page (see image below), that means the email address has already been verified and you're good to go!
If that button is available, however, please click on it and check your inbox for a new link. If that fails to work, please get in touch with us at support@wooclap.com.
