How to Use the I am Confused button in Wooclap?

I am Confused is a handy feature that helps you measure how well your audience understands what you are talking about without asking them a question. In a single click, your participants can let you know they no longer understand what you are presenting and they would like some additional explanations.

This feature is available to all Wooclap users.

Enabling the I am confused button

To activate the I am confused feature, first go into your event's ⚙️ Settings (1). Then go to Interactivity (2) and activate the option "Let participants signal if they are confused" (3).

Participant view

Once you have activated the option, participants will be able to toggle between "Got it!" and "Confused". This option will be available at any time during the presentation to let you know when they need you to slow down or repeat a concept.

Presenter view

The number of learners who are confused will appear in real-time at the top of the screen during your presentation. To reset the number of participants who are confused, simply hover over the button and click on the arrow symbol.
