Guide to display slides on participants' devices

Enhance your presentation's accessibility by allowing participants to follow along with your slides directly from their own smartphones or computers. This feature ensures that every audience member has a clear view of your content, regardless of their position in the room or the size of the main screen.

☝️ This feature is only available for PDF, Keynote, and PowerPoint formats. If you use Google Slides, download your presentation as a PDF or PowerPoint and upload it to Wooclap.

Activating the option

Once you have uploaded your presentation to Wooclap, you will be able to go to My presentations (1) and activate the option Display slides on participant devices when the event is (not) live (2).

Sharing the slides in a live session

When activating the option Display slides on participant devices when the event is live, participants will see the presented slide on their side, even if there is no question displayed.

Sharing the slides in a self-paced session

When activating the option Display slides on participant devices when the event is not live, participants will be able to check the slides you have uploaded when reviewing the event at their own pace.

If you have added questions to your slide and shared the event's code with participants, they will be able to answer these questions asynchronously. This is valid even if you added the questions in a live session.

☝️ This works similarly to a self-paced questionnaire. As a participant, do not forget to Submit your answer so it is correctly counted.
