How to delete Wooclap questions from a Wooclap event

Keeping your Wooclap event organized is essential for delivering a seamless experience, whether you’re engaging a live audience or managing a self-paced study module. As your presentation evolves, you may find the need to prune outdated content or remove accidental duplicates to maintain a professional flow.

⚠️ Note that, contrary to events, it is not possible to recover a deleted question. Once deleted, it is not possible to recover a question.

Delete a question from a live session

To delete a question from a live session, first go into your event. Then, choose the question you want to delete and click on the three dots next to it (1). Finally, click on Delete (2).


You can also delete multiple questions at once. For this, click on the checkmark next to the questions you wish to delete (1), then click on Delete question(s) (2). You can also choose to select all questions.

☝️ If you have currently inserted a question into a presentation, you will not be able to delete said question. Delete the question from the presentation first before deleting it from your event.

Delete a question from a self-paced session

To delete a question from a self-paced questionnaire, first go into your self-paced session (1). Then, select your questionnaire and click on the 3 dots next to it (2). Finally, click on Edit (3). You will then see the questions in that questionnaire.

You can then delete a question by clicking on the three dots next to it (1) and then clicking on Delete (2).

Similarly to a live session, you can also delete mutliple questions at once. For this, click on the checkmark next to the questions you wish to delete (1), then click on Delete question(s) (2). You can also choose to select all questions.
