How do featured templates work?

Highlight popular and important templates so your colleagues can find them at a glance.

Updated over a week ago

Do you need your collaborators to find up-to-date material? You want to ensure everyone learns the same information? You want to share best practices or facilitate onboarding of new colleagues? Featured events can help you with that.

After creating your organizational templates, you can highlight them. This way, your colleagues can find them at one glance and do not need to search for each template individually.

This feature is available for organizations with institutional licenses.

Feature a template

You can feature a template the same way you moderate event templates. Moderating event templates is only accessible to administrators of an organization on Wooclap.

If you wish to feature an event, go on the page of your organization (1), then click on the tab Organization's templates (2).

You now see the list of templates in your organization, the name of the user who created each template, the date and time of the last edit of the template. Finally, you can choose to feature one of the templates (3). If you wish, you can preview the template (4) before deciding to feature it.

You can click on the star to feature an event. If the star is yellow, it means the event is featured. You can remove an event from the Featured list the same way.

Import a featured event

First select the page Template library on the left of the screen. You will see the list of available events in your organization, as well as the name of the person who shared it.

You will find the featured events in your organization on top of the page. They have the mention Featured on the top right.

To import a featured event, click on Add. A copy of this event will then be created and added to your account.
