Setting up a prioritisation question to rank participants' preferences

The prioritisation question is a valuable tool that can help individuals and teams gain clarity on what truly matters. It enables participants to interrogate their preferences, weigh the importance of various elements, and make informed choices.

Create a Prioritisation question

First, open the event of your choice where you would like to add a Prioritisation question type. You can also start from scratch by creating a brand-new event.

Customise the Prioritisation question

Once you have opened your Prioritisation question type, you can personalise it and tailor it to your needs. Start by adding the question you want to ask. (1)

Then, enter the elements to prioritise in the different rows. (2)

One option is available in the right-hand side menu: the Timer

When you are done preparing your question, you can either click on Save or Display now at the bottom of the screen to launch your Wooclap event.

Launch the Prioritisation question

Once you have clicked on Display now or Display, the question you have prepared will appear on your screen. You can then invite your participants to join your event and answer. They will have 100 points to attribute between each element to prioritise.

The results will be displayed by default. Elements can be ranked to show which has received the most points. (1)
