Step-by-step guide to generating customized reports
By clicking on a single button, you can send every participant a personalised report containing both their answers and the correct answers to the questions you asked during your event.
☝️ This report contains the results of real-time and autonomous sessions.
Prerequisites
Authentication must be activated to be able to send a report to participants. Participants must be authenticated by email, social login, or SSO/Institutional login. The report will be sent to the email address linked to their account.
You can activate authentication by going to your event's ⚙️ Settings and activating Authentication.
Send personalised reports
Once the session is finished, you can send the Participant report by going to your event's ⚙️ Settings and clicking on Reports under Results. Go to the Participants tab and then Send individual reports.
Once you confirm the sending of the reports, participants will receive an email containing a link to their individual report.
☝️ Note that this action will give participants access to all questions and correct answers. This action can only be undone by resetting the event.
Accessing a report as a participant
Participants will receive an email containing a link. Once they click on this link, they can choose the live session or questionnaire they want to explore. Here's what this looks like:
