You can manage your cookies settings at any time, even if you had already chosen a setting during your first visit on Wooclap. You simply need to log in, hover over your name in the top right corner and choose Account settings.

Navigate towards the bottom of the page and under Cookie settings, click Modify.

Wooclap will, in most cases, work as expected even though you refuse all cookies. However, please note that by clicking on Reject All or refusing at least the functional cookies you will not have access to the chat and will be invited to contact us by email instead.
