How to change my account’s email address and password?

Find out if and how you can change your account's email address and password.

Discover how to update the email address attached to your Wooclap account from your account settings. These settings are available to all Wooclap users.


You can only change your account's email address if you signed up on Wooclap using that email address and a password. If you have logged into your Wooclap account through Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft Teams or the SSO or LMS connection of your institution, please follow these steps in order to change your email address:

  • Sign out from your account

  • Register your account by using the same email address and create a password for your Wooclap account;

Confirm your account through the verification email you have received and come back to this page to change the email address of your account by a new one.

Change your email address and/or password

Start off by using your password to log in to your Wooclap account. Then, go to the account settings and fill in the required fields (i.e. the new email address and confirmation of the new email address or the current password and the new one).

In case of a change of email address, you will then receive a verification email to confirm this change.
