Can I add a tolerance to the correct answer of a "Find a number"?
Can I add a tolerance to the correct answer of a "Find a number"?

Find out how to add an absolute or relative tolerance to a Find a number's correct answer.

Updated over a week ago

When creating a "Find a number" question, you can add a correct answer as well as a tolerance which allows you to set a range of correct answers.

For example, the question "What is a possible pH value for an acidic solution?" does not have a single correct answer. It requires a(n) (absolute or relative) tolerance.

Once you've added a tolerance (on the right in the image above), you'll find the range of correct answers underneath the field titled "Correct answer".
