Control whether Wooclap's AI features are available across your entire organisation. As an administrator, you can turn AI on or off for every member in just one click, while letting each user keep their own individual AI preference.

This setting is available to administrators of organisations with a custom licence (Education Campus or Corporate).

When AI features are activated, members of your organisation can use Wooclap's AI agents, such as the Question Builder, Answer Organizer, Summarizer, and others, according to their own individual preferences.

When AI features are deactivated, AI agents are turned off for the whole organisation. No member can use them, regardless of their individual settings.

First, from the Wooclap home page, click on your organization's name in the left-hand sidebar. Then, in the onglets list, click on AI features.

You'll see the AI features for the organisation panel, which shows whether AI features are currently activated or deactivated for your organisation.

It all comes down to a single toggle. Switch on Disable AI features for the organisation to turn AI off for every member, and switch it off to make AI features available again. The change applies to your whole organisation right away.
