Using the Answer Organizer to automatically group answers
Meet the Answer Organizer, your new efficiency partner for managing live audience feedback. By automatically categorizing responses into logical themes, it transforms a wall of text into a structured roadmap for deeper discussion.

Using the Answer Organizer
You can categorize live responses to an Open question or a Word Cloud by theme by simply clicking on Automatically group answers next to the display options on the left of the presenter screen. You can further add optional custom instructions to help the AI agent categorize the answers according to your objectives and needs.
After a few seconds, you will see the different answers grouped under the Automatically group answer button. You can click on the number of messages of each category to see every answer grouped in it.
