How to use the Groups tab in your admin dashboard

Understand how your organization uses Wooclap, broken down by team, department, or class. The Groups tab in your admin dashboard lets you create and manage the groups your users belong to and see usage statistics for each one

How to use the Groups tab in your admin dashboard

As an administrator, you can access the Groups tab directly from your Wooclap account. Once groups are activated for your organization, every user is asked to select their group the next time they log in to Wooclap. From the Groups tab, you can customize the list of groups and rename or delete them at any time.

🔒 Groups aren't activated by default. Contact your dedicated CSM if you'd like to activate this feature for your organization.

Access the Groups tab

  1. First, log in to your Wooclap account.

  2. Then, click on the Organisation tab in the top left of your screen, and select Groups.

How groups work

Once the Groups feature is activated for your license, plan admins first create the list of groups their organization needs. Every user is then asked to select their group the next time they log in to Wooclap. Admins can rename or delete a group at any time to keep the list accurate.

Note: deleting a group doesn't delete any user accounts or event data. It only removes the group from the list and from segmented statistics.

View usage statistics by group

Because every user is tied to a group, you can view Wooclap usage statistics broken down by group. This makes it easier to see how each team, department, or class is using Wooclap.
