The "message wall" is an efficient way for you to gather your audience's questions, comments, and thoughts during a presentation. It also has the added benefit of giving every member of the audience an equal chance at taking part in the debate.

Allowing questions, likes, and images
Once you turn on the message wall, participants will be able to send you all their questions. To maximise its efficiency, turn on the "likes on answers", which will allow the respondents to prioritise each other's questions as a group.
You can also allow participants to add images to their answers.
In the example below, you can see a student (smartphone, right) posting a question on the message wall (left) before liking a question which had already been posted by another participant.
During a presentation, you can display the message wall at any time by clicking on the "Messages" button in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
Displaying the messages
Once you are ready to start answering some of these questions, you can choose how to display them.
Click on the little heart in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen to display the messages in descending order of popularity.
Click on the button on the left side of the screen to display these messages as a grid.
Of course, you can combine the two previous options and obtain a "Grid"-view sorted by likes.
If you have turned on the categories in the moderator interface, you'll see coloured bulbs on the left side of the screen. You can click on any of these bulbs to display only the messages which have been stored in that category.
You can also use the toolbar to easily switch between the message wall and real-time voting.

How it works: Student view
Students who participate online can access the message wall by clicking on the bubble in the bottom right corner of their screen. This bubble will only appear if you activate the message wall.
Once there, they can:
Send images (by either selecting one on their device or taking a new picture), provided you allow them to.
Send questions and comments about the lecture's content.
Like the messages their peers have posted on the wall, provided you allow them to. Students can only see their classmates' messages when the likes are turned on. Otherwise, all they can see are their own messages.
Students can also send questions to the message wall by SMS text. However, they can't send any images or like their classmates' messages.
SMS text messages which are sent while you are displaying the Message Wall or while there is no vote in progress will be displayed on the Message Wall.
