Access the moderator interface by going to your events list and clicking on the M button on the right of the event’s name. This interface allows you to control your presentation from another computer and to select the messages that you want to display on the projected screen.

Show one message at a time

Click the Magnify this message icon to display the message of your choice. This will be displayed directly on the projected screen.

Moderating the messages and showing the approved messages

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the right
  2. Activate the categories
  3. Name the green category Approved
  4. Show the Approved category by clicking the checkbox next to it
  5. Approve messages by clicking on the green button next to them

If you click on the category’s name you can see the approved messages.
If you click on the box next to the name, the messages will be shown on the projected screen.

Organise the messages into different categories

Organise the messages into categories to better structure you Q&A sessions or for brainstorming sessions.

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the right
  2. Activate the categories
  3. Rename the categories
  4. Organise the messages in the categories by clicking on the coloured buttons next to the messages. 

If you click on the name of the category, you can see the messages in it.
If you click on the box next to it, the messages in that category will be projected onto the screen. Here, the North America category is selected. Therefore, the messages that will be shown will belong to this category.

Start a vote

  1. Click on the Votes tab
  2. Choose the vote you want to show on the projected screen

Note: you can show/hide the results and stop/resume the votes from the moderator interface.

Show a slide from your presentation

When you want to go back to your slides, you simply have to click on the current slide (or the next one).
